We are starting to study poetry in my English class and I don't know poetry at all but i know how to write poetry in Bahasa Indonesia language. Last Friday we go outside and I feel comfortable but when a beetle approaches to me I was terrified and go to an other place. 

Yesterday my teacher say about the walls that around me, I understand the walls that makes me not share anything at all too others and the walls was buildup if someone laughing at us, humiliate us, and mocking us. I agree that people that always been laughing, humiliate, and mocking us all the time were scared to open up. I think the way to open the wall that we make poetry's to break/open the wall. Maybe my wall is a little big because some of my class mates always mocking me all the time but I always talk and kidding with my little sister all the time at home.   

I hope that if I learn poetry maybe I can open my self a little bit. I also hope that this activity will be interesting and fun.

Reflection On The Ghost Town

This my reflection after I make my podcast (The Ghost Town). This is what I feel when I make the pod cast.

If we telling a story we need emotion, drama, and action. The most difficult part is when I edit my story because its take too long to do it. The most easy part is when I make the podcast in garage band because I  can play with the music.

We need emotion and actions to tell a story so the story will be interesting. I am success when I create the podcast because when I heard its so perfect to hear for me. I feel happy or enjoying make this pod cast and it only takes me two days to make this. When I make this I learn some things by this unit activity project. I learn how to make a story, using garage band, and using a blog. The part that I enjoy is when I make the podcast because its fun and I can listen some interesting music.

Storybird Reflection

A few weeks ago we searched for images at Storybird to make a story with Mr. Jabiz at ESL class. We created a 15 slide story. In these activities my favorite part is when I created a story at  Storybird because I can create a story to express myself. 

Then a few days later we began to add the text beside the pictures. Then we copied the words to a word document and added dialogue, adjectives, and edited some verbs to past tenses.  The hardest part to do this project is when I added dialogue, adjective, and edited all the verbs to past tenses because its make my head to explode to add another text without change the story.  What I want to change is I will use past tenses when I created a story.

We printed all the slides into a large story board. We also added some sensory language (smell, sound, touch, and feeling) to the large story board. The part that I enjoy is when I print and paste all the slides to a large story board because its fun and its use full to see my story more easier. Finally we chose a conversation at the word document to make it longer.
